SAO PAULO - The ship MSC Musica docks Saturday at the Port of Santos has been no action to investigate the death of university Camilla Flag Peixoto, 28, crew found dead inside the cabin on January 10 past. According Rosangela Peixoto, mother of Camilla, the ship's officers knew that her daughter was being pressed for, and even then failed to provide the separation of cabins. The intention of the family is to move a court action against the MSC Musica, the default and lack of safety at work, since Camilla was hired as a bartender. Rosangela said that after boarding the ship with Bruno, daughter suspected that he was User of drugs, which led to relationship problems between the two. For the mother, the couple found obstacles in the ship to depart from the boy.

Rosangela argues that seeking to collect the belongings of MSC Camilla would not have been returned, as laptop and digital camera, and footwear.

For PF, the investigation has not ended. Delegate Pataro says there is evidence that there was a murder on board, but there is no conclusive evidence to file charges. At the request of the PF, Bruno had his passport taken and is prevented from leaving the country during the investigations.

- We are working for exclusion and based on the contradictions found in the reports - said Pataro, who requested drug test in the body of Camilla and Bruno. The result, however, still was not ready.

If it is determined that Bruno had used drugs that day, it's proof that he actually missed a coma since his testimony in the PF he denied using drugs.
