Kendall Carver, President of International Cruise victims (ICV), will be one of those to testify at this Senate Hearing. He indicated that, ICV is extremely pleased to see the U.S. Senate hold hearings on this most important matter. Since ICV was founded 30 months ago with just a few members, the organization has now grown to several hundred members in 16 countries. The hearings that have been held in the House of Representative and now the Senate have been most helpful in reviewing the many issues concerning the cruise line industry.
